These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Valet website and the agency-search service offered through it. By using Valet, you agree to these terms.
01What Valet is
Valet is an agency-search service for the hospitality industry. We help hospitality brands run a structured search for the right agency — shaping the brief, building a curated shortlist, managing pitches and scoring, checking references, and supporting the contract stage.
Valet is free to hospitality brands. Agencies join the Valet network to be matched to live, qualified searches. Valet is operated from the United States.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the brand or agency you represent. By using Valet you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.
03Using the service
When you submit an inquiry or application, you ask us to begin a conversation — you are not entering a binding engagement. Any search, introduction, or engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the site, or using Valet to send unsolicited communications.
04For agencies & the network
- Membership in the Valet network is subject to acceptance and may be declined or revoked at our discretion.
- Any fees, success fees, or commercial terms applicable to agencies are set out in a separate network or engagement agreement, not in these Terms.
- Agencies agree to engage with introduced brands in good faith and to honor any confidentiality and non-circumvention terms agreed with Valet.
05Neutrality & no guarantee
Valet recommends agencies on the basis of fit and merit. We do not sell placement or ranking. While we work to run a fair and useful process, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, match, award, or result, and we are not a party to the agreements you ultimately sign.
06Intellectual property
The Valet name, wordmark, site design, and content are owned by Valet and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant Valet a limited license to use it solely to operate the service on your behalf.
07Confidentiality
Briefs, budgets, and submissions shared through Valet are treated as confidential and used only to run the relevant search. We ask all participants to do the same.
08Disclaimers
The service and site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from agency selection, engagement, or performance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Termination
We may suspend or end access to the service at any time. You may stop using Valet at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of Valet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
